Kenya Airways has signed a strategic partnership with Art of Luxury, a premium retail destination bringing together international luxury brands, to strengthen customer engagement and offer travellers with exclusive shopping and lifestyle experiences.
The agreement includes a bulk purchase of five million Asante Rewards points and joint marketing initiatives across selected Kenya Airways channels, creating opportunities to connect luxury retail, travel and customer loyalty.
Under the partnership, Kenya Airways will promote Art of Luxury through airport advertising, its in-flight magazine, digital content, email communications and video. The partners will also explore exclusive luxury experiences for the airline’s premium customers.
The collaboration is expected to strengthen brand visibility, expand customer engagement opportunities and support the growth of Asante Rewards, Kenya Airways’ loyalty programme, while creating opportunities for future joint campaigns and premium customer experiences.
